Obsidian Sync

I use Obsidian for quite sometime now. It's been a wonderful resource for me to recall work related information, but also a very welcome companion in terms of personal knowledge management. The only problem I had was to find a functional way to sync between my mobile and my desktop.

I've tried my share of custom sync solutions — with the vast number of community plugins offered in the Obsidian ecosystem, they're a dime a dozen. But mostly, too technical to my present self liking, and way too prone to failure.

Meanwhile, not being able to sync my notes not only was getting on my nerves, but also causing me to experience a lot of friction and frustration in terms of journaling, writing personal private stuff and documenting my personal knowledge. Thus, I needed to solve this problem.

So I purchased an Obsidian Sync license, which I am currently trying. There's a 7-day refund policy, no questions asked, so I believe I'll have some time to actually see if it fits my needs and, if it's not the case, I'm safe to return to where I was before. Still, something tells me I'll probably like it.

If anyone out there has experience with Sync, I'd love to hear from you.
